03Structural Repair & Removal Coordination
Pilings, framing, major decking work, demolition, electrical work, lifts, and permit-required repairs are offered only through an appropriately licensed contractor of record.

Licensing status: Locke’s Docks is in the process of pursuing independent contractor licensure. Until approved, regulated or permit-required construction is not offered independently by Locke’s Docks and proceeds only through the applicable licensed contractor of record.
