When a project requires a permit or licensed scope, permitting and contractor-of-record responsibilities are handled through an appropriately licensed contractor partner. You continue working with Locke’s Docks from the estimate through project completion.
Construction
We build, repair, or rebuild it.
We organize materials and crews, protect the work area, keep the project moving, and communicate with you as the structure comes together.
Final walkthrough
We finish the details together.
We walk the completed project with you, review the finished work, address final details, and discuss the care that will help your waterfront stay ready for years of use.
