How we work

The right scope.
The right path.

We separate direct maintenance from work requiring a licensed contractor or permit, then explain the next step clearly.

01

Site review

We look at the waterfront.

We review access, surface condition, ordinary buildup, debris, vegetation, and the maintenance result you want.

02

Scope

We classify the work.

Cleaning and eligible nonstructural upkeep may be handled directly. Structural repair, demolition, electrical, lift, or permit-required work is identified for the licensed-contractor path.

03

Service

The responsible party handles it.

Locke’s Docks performs the agreed eligible maintenance. Regulated work proceeds only through and under the responsibility of an appropriately licensed contractor of record.

Follow-up

We document the result.

We review completed maintenance, discuss ongoing care, and identify visible concerns that may need evaluation by a licensed professional.
