Locke’s Docks takes a practical, personal approach to cleaning, upkeep, and waterfront care. We listen first, define the service clearly, and avoid presenting regulated construction as direct maintenance.
We are in the process of pursuing independent contractor licensure. Until approved, structural repair, demolition, electrical, lift, and permit-required work proceeds only through an appropriately licensed contractor of record.
